WeJam

Terms of Service

Last updated October 29, 2026

WeJam (“we”, wejam.net) helps musicians share the songs they play, compare setlists, and join jam nights where the host turns everyone's setlists into groups and songs. By creating an account or using WeJam you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use WeJam

You must be 18 or older to use WeJam. Some venues are 21+; their rules apply.

2. Your account

  • Give accurate information and keep access to your email secure; sign-in links go there.
  • One account per person. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

3. Your content

Your profile, setlists, photos, links and anything else you add stay yours. You give us a limited licence to store, process and show that content to run WeJam: for example, to plan groups, to show your profile to other signed-in players, and to share your setlist as far as your privacy settings allow. Only add content you have the right to share.

WeJam works with song titles and details, not recordings or lyrics, and never generates music.

4. Jam nights and venues

  • Hosts run their sessions and have the final say on the night: groups, songs, times and who plays. The plan WeJam proposes is a suggestion.
  • Venues set their own rules (age, equipment, conduct). We don't operate venues and aren't a party to any event.
  • Respect the people you play with and the gear you use. You take part at your own risk.

5. Connecting with other players

Features that show you to other players beyond your sessions, such as player matching, are opt-in. You choose to turn them on, and you can turn them off. WeJam has no messaging; people connect through the links they put on their profiles.

6. Acceptable use

Don't harass or threaten anyone, impersonate others, post unlawful or infringing content, spam, scrape or copy other people's data, or try to break or overload the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that do.

7. The service

WeJam is provided “as is” while we build it, and features may change or stop. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that happens at a jam, and our total liability to you is limited to US$50.

8. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll show you the new version and ask you to accept it before you continue.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
